Happy Monday, friends! Can you guys believe it's December already? I feel like just yesterday it was September! Craziness. We spent a wonderful weekend up in New Hampshire with friends.
We took the kids to do the Polar Express train ride and they met Santa followed by a day trip to Santa's Village even further north. It snowed all day Saturday and it was a great, festive (if not chilly!) experience for everyone. But now, it's time to do a quick Christmas craft!
Anyway, today I have a quick Christmas craft to share that not only costs next to nothing but looks pretty cute, too!
These "snowy" trees are simply foam cones wrapped with extra fluffy yarn. Basically all you have to do is hot glue the top then wrap the yarn the entire way down, glueing at the bottom to secure it.
I kept mine simple and plain to match my current Christmas decor, but you could add some glitter, some mini ornaments or even just pop some faux berries on top! '
Need to keep the kids busy for an hour? Have them whip up a bunch of these for your home! I love a good Christmas craft, don't you!?!
