Jalapeno Lime Slaw

A delicious slaw that's a perfect side to any barbeque

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup La Morena chopped or whole pickled jalapenos
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp celery seed optional
  • 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • 10 oz bag red cabbage

Instructions

  1. Finely chop jalapenos
  2. Whisk mayonaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and celery seed together.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Combine coleslaw mix and red cabbage into a large bowl.
  5. Pour enough dressing on slaw until lightly coated.
  6. Toss and enjoy!
